Feeling really good and positive. I started ww last week so today I have officially finished a whole week with not one slip up - not been over my points once :c) So proud of myself, I havn't managed to stick with anything for over a year, always end up giving up. But not this time.

The BEACH challenge is great, it's really motivating me to exercise, I wasn't too sure about signing up at first (never done anything like this before) but I am really glad I did.

Was looking on the internet today at holiday clothes and discovered that summer clothes are coming off the shelves fast. When I looked at Tankinis hardly any shops had them and what they did have was virtually out of stock. Think I might have to bite the bullet and buy my holiday clothes before I have dropped the weight. Wanted to wait until end of August and then go out shopping and try stuff on. But I think I am just going to have to buy my clothes one size smaller, my clothes are starting to loosen and I'm almost 100% sure I will be a dress size small come September. I hope so, I'm just about to go and hunt down Tankinis!

I am enjoying the WW diet and do not find counting the points a pain in the ars*! If we decided to go out and grab lunch like we did today, we thought we'd grab a subway so I just went a found their website decided what I wanted and then found out the points value. A turkey 6 inch sub on wheat bread with tomatoes, lettuce, pepper, light mayo and cheese was only 5 points. Was lovely too and really filled me up. If you are tracking points and grab lunch out, Subway is a great choice and not too many points.

I practised Yoga today, it was relatively easy and I felt really good afterwards. I am only a beginner and have been using the 'Beginners Yoga for Dummies' DVD. There are only 12 postures (the daily dozen) and although simple you can really feel them. A nice easy exercise to stretch the muscles and one I can see myself keeping up. I really did enjoy it.

I have signed up to do an OU course, one of the short level ones 'Start Writing Fiction'. My ultimate goal is a degree in English & English Literature, but I haven't studied for so long that I thought one of their short courses to get used to studying would be the best starting place, also it's something that I will enjoy as I love writing. It starts at the end of October, perfect timing for when I get back off holiday, and is only a few weeks long with only marked assignments no exams.

Went shopping today for some holiday stuff. Didn't buy any clothes as I want to drop a dress size before hol, but did pick up a couple of nice pairs of trainers and some great hush puppie sandal/flip-flop things, they felt so comfortable. All in all it's been a good day, shopping was great. Looked at some clothes for hol, hope there is still some nice summer stuff and bikinis in the shops come September. Played guitar hero 3 for a couple of hours, great, I don't nibble at all whilst playing and the time flies by.

Was also pleased to see that on weight watchers they had Morrisons Cafe food points values, so when we decided to go have some brekkie there this morning I was able to look up the points values and choose what I was going to have before I got there. That really helped a lot.

Can't wait to weigh myself next week, feel really good about the weight watchers diet. Counting points is good as I don't really want to restrict myself and want to be able to go out and grab lunch etc on the spur of the moment. I'm finding sticking to my points easy if I track them as I go and work out the values of the stuff already in my cupboards so I know how many points what I'm eating is without having to go and check online everytime.
