I am a 67 year old retired female. Started with TOPS (TAKE OFF POUNDS SENSIBLY) January 6th of this year. Have decided to go with a low carb diet and try to eliminate sugar and white flour from my diet. Joined the YMCA the same day I joined TOPS. Have lost 12 1/2 lbs in 11 weeks. Exercise most days for 1 hour. Need to step up effort though. Now just walking and water aerobics.
