Today I was a little disappointed and slightly confused by my workout - I normally try to gauge how well I'm doing based on how much I sweat. But I barely sweat at all today even though I was on the treadmill for a full 28 minutes. I think I need to challenge myself more? I like this website, it seems supportive. And I like that 8 hours of sleep is important to the weight-loss journey on here because it is. I'm not very good at keeping track of everything but I know I will keep track of my journal entries, and weight history and support other members. I feel encouraged.
