I found lifewater at our grocery store this morning and it has made drinking water soooo much easier. I dilute it since it's so sweet and a bottle lasts me more than 64 oz.
The Ezekiel breads are sooo expensive. I'm not sure our household can afford to pay over $7.00 for a loaf of bread, plus all the other expensive food that would be new to our budget. I do eat a lot less though by drinking so much water so maybe that will help on the grocery bill. :)
Went out and purchased pirates booty too. Since I never go down the chip aisle I didn't realize our store even carried it. We haven't had it since we've been out here.
I have to go to Harris Teeter for the Clemmys ice cream though. Even though I don't eat ice cream that often, I have some recipes for shakes that call for it. The shake would act like a meal and has whey protein in it to help fill you up.
I'm looking for substitutions for Jorge Cruises plan. Maybe he thinks it's affordable but I don't agree. Besides, a lot of the items have to be ordered online and once you pay s&h, you might as well just skip it.

I messed up my weight record on here and don't know how to fix it. I haven't gained any weight, I've lost 1.7 pounds since Monday.

This is my second day on the fat belly cure and I've almost lost two pounds. I think I'm going to incoorporate his ideas into the insulin resistence diet since they are basically the same thing only you calculate things a little differently. I'm not following his menu plan for the first week but I am making sure to meet the limits of my sugar/carbs. Yesterday I was far below the max sugar intake and was also below the carbs intake as well. I drank 3.5 cups of water (which normally takes me a week to drink)yesterday and have drank 3.5 cups of water already today and it's only 3:30. Haven't eaten anything with aspartamane either. I think I'm going to eat a piece of fruit for my at night snack though. I ate grapefruit every night when I was doing my insulin resistence diet and still lost 10 pounds. I can't imagine not eating fruit and although I understand his point, and know that once I meet my weight goal, I can incoorporate two servings of fruits into my diet. It still doesn't feel right to me though.....
