Transitioning from Weight Watchers to Atkins is a little strange. I had a light n' fit yogurt this morning. 80 calories, but 15 carbs! Thats basically my entire day in one yogurt. Luckily for lunch I brought sliced turkey and cheese, which is very low carb (but cheese is high in points...)
I need to really focus on being in one mind set. Atkins. I'm looking to have some success to motivate me.
Hopefully things will stay on a good track this week. I really want to work at it.

I need to have more self control! I'm looking over the atkins basics, etc. And i've used the diet in the past with success. But for some reason, i'm finding excuses to not succeed.
Tomorrow is a new day, and today is not over. I'm going to work out after work today, and stick to a lowcarb dinner. I'm realizing that I just need to take more time for myself to prepare meals for the week. If I have options ready, I won't be tempted to get other bad things!
