Hope all of you Mom's out there have had a wonderful Mother's Day!! Tomorrow is my day to start the big diet, and already I feel anxious. I dont really know what I diet I am going to follow. I somewhat plan on doing slim fast.....I was looking to do something that would really give me a jump start. I want to really see some pounds lost in the first few weeks. I need this to keep me motivated. I was thinking about following the soup diet, but I don't like the sodium content. I am not a big meat eater, so the meat and veg plan is not for me. I need something that will be easy to follow especially during the work week. If anyone has some ideas for me PLEASE let me know. My mind is set to do this-I just need a plan. Any help will be much appreciated. Heres to a GREAT & SUCCESSFUL week to all!!! :)

May 4, 08. I found this website and hope that this may help me to stay on track and motivated. I plan on starting my diet on May 12-next Monday. My birthday~40th~ is May 5, so I know that will not be a good day to start. I hope to find inspiration and motivation on this site. I look forward to other members ideas, tips, and reading about their successes!! I have had diet success in the past, but over time have gained all the weight back! :( I just can't seem to find the motivation to do it this time.

About me...I am a single mom of 5 children. Two of them are grown and have homes of their own. I also have a lovely granddaughter. She is 1 yr old. I am a licensed nurse and manage a home respiratory company. I work long hours and find it difficult to eat right or at the right time. Most days I drive through the various fast food places and eat on the go. I do not exercise. I have let myself go. Really want to find myself through this diet journey. Look forward to having the energy I used to have. Wish me LUCK and SUCCESS!! :)
