Day Two and I'm doing good. I may have had the wonderful Chipotle for dinner last night, but for my entire day I didn't indulge in any unhealthy sweets or greasy induced foods. It's only two days, but I am not gonna jinx it now by saying something. I'm just going to see if I can keep this up.
In about ten minutes I'm gonna get my ass on the ellyptical. Which is so conveniently in my room.
(Just moved into my aunt's house for college, so she already had them in her guest room. She never used them though.)
Now I am!

So, I fucked up (excuse my spanish) really bad on this whole diet journal crap. I was doing fantastic, and then all of a sudden I got lazy and stopped keeping track of what I shoved down my throat. (And it was only food, just to make that clear.)
Anyway.
I'm starting all over again, because my fat ass is now ten pounds heavier. And my weight is where I NEVER expected it would get. I've always been curvacious and whatnot, but shit never have I been this heavy. And I don't even look 150!
It's like where the hell do I put it?
Let's see how well this round goes.

I am doing well on keeping it under 2000 cals.
but i want my body to adjust to eating so little.
so im just waiting for adaption i guess.

self, you really gotta step up the fuckin game.
seriously.
you cut out all sugared drinks, even juices.
so no other lliquid goes down your fuckin throat besides water.
