We had our monthly luncheon today at work with too much stuff to say no to. I did eat a little of everything in moderation. I made a KILLER dessert but I made it as healthy as possible and everybody loved it! I did have to indulge in at least one piece since I slaved over it for like 30 whole minutes. ;-) I also had dinner and drinks with my friend, Emily, and there were fried foods and sugary drinks involved. I shall consider today a cheat day and will make up for it tomorrow. ;-)
