So far I have been eating a high protein, low carb diet and I have lost 3 pounds over the past two weeks. I have also eliminated soda completely. Now that Im not sick anymore I can work out again and Im really exicted about that. Im looking for healthy recipes. Im aleady tired of what I have been eating (fish, lots of rice and veggies).
