I am having a wonderful nite
I did a 1 mile walking video
And You on a Diet work outvideo
I'm great!!! Hurt a little


What made me really get serious was when my Mom told me she saw one of old friends.
She told me she lost alot of weight and that she almost did not recognize her because how thin she is.

Now I read & study health as well as fitness and even try to eat healthy for just about all my life even as a teenager. I look 10 year younger then my age group,but here lately the last 1 year or so nothing could motivate me to workout. Not until my Mom told me about this girl who was always in competition with me.If she every saw me today she would be like HA HA!! Little Miss Channel fat as #*#! NO WAY!!! By the way we love each other to death so don’t worry no hate here just competition.
I have not seen her since the last spring. She must have finally listened to me and started to lift weight. If she did I know she is looking good. She stay in the gym but she would never lift weight I told her her body would soft but hard she did not believe me and last time I spoke with her she had started a little.
Also watching those obese story on Discover Health this past Sunday really kicked it all in for me. That night I started working out. BOY!!! Is it rough, flexibility shot to @#$! Stigma, strength right with it too. It’s all good if took something that shallow to get me going so be it!!!

Last nite I made myself go to bed, took a 5 HTP pill to help me relax and yeah it works. No I did not walk or anything else. I cooked great meals yerterday, For breakfast: I ate cereal

Lunch: I made Scrabbled eggs, I added sautéed red & green garden peppers, onion, asparagus w/ a little ricotta cheese I added Shaddy Brooks Italian mild Turkey Sausage (found in a tube in the turkey meat section of the grocery store). I had a piece of whole wheat extra fiber toast and a drop of apple butter (which natural fat free) GREAT___I like to use garlic powder, sea salt, a dash of turmeric, poultry seasoning and black pepper to cook my eggs and sauté these veggies. I usually have my largest meal at lunch.

Dinner: I used the Extra sautéed red & green garden peppers, onion, asparagus w/ a little ricotta cheese and added Shaddy Brooks Italian mild Turkey Sausage and mixed it w/ a little fusil noddles with Organic Ragu Garden Veggie Red Sauce I had a cup of that. IT WAS WONDERFUL.

I hung out with my two sprouts yesterday and did not do a thang Great day!!!
