ok so setting short term goals for now. since starting my weight loss journey i have lost 3kg. s bit slow but trying to find the right balance of food and constantly checking labels for fats and sat fats get so confusing at times. but i think i have found a routine that can help. people have noticed tht i have lost a bit so i suppose im doing something right.
turn 24 in 5 weeks and i want to fit perfectly into my size 16 dress so this week it all about fat burning. done 60 mins on the stepping machine burned 200 calories. gave myself a morale boost aswell. roll on tomor.. jog around the park i think...weather permitted!!
