Went to my 2nd Cousin's graduation party yesterday and she had lost a ton of weight, like literally maybe a ton. She said she didn't even excersise that much, just ate healthy- 800 calories a day. Today, finally I'm not eating all the chocolate in the house around me. Maybe she "inspired" me; my godmother is also on Atkins, so maybe that helped too. 800 calories a day would take a lot of planning, but I'm going to loosly follow it, between 800-1000 a day.

got down to 134. then switched to a raw food diet for a week to try and drop weight for new englands. its working well, and not only that my body feels good; full of energy and nutrition.

I'm now doing fat secret again. i avoided it for a long time because i had not been following a diet. but now my crew team and i are doing biggest loser. Im in third, i want to win. and i have to lose about 15 more pounds. i'm scared. well i know i wont lose it, ill never be that weight (125) but its nice to think i can. and i feel better eating healthy like this. so here i go again. i had success when i used this site the last time. and i've held the weight off more or less.
