I had a moment in which I wished for that Ian Mckellen would stand upon my tongue and shout down the Balrog of food that I have been thwarting myself with of late.

Well for week 1 I recorded everything and felt guilty. Except on Sat/Sun. I think Sat I did really well, supper healthy foods, reasonable portions, little to no snacking.
Sunday, hard to say, probably over, but no worse then the rest of the week (that isn't saying much...) So week one is done, on to week 2, and more rigor.
Biking will have to pick up, but the weekend was wet both mornings keeping me away, I'm running out of season, but there is still several good weeks left.

Well I've been away from this for most of the summer, I kind of gave up, it seems, mid-april. In that time we've gone from pregnant wife to very pregnant wife, to baby. Laid off job, job search, new job. Lots of biking, no biking, and all the wonderful birthday cakes that happen between May - August in my family. Suffice it to say my eating has been a combo of stress eating, and old habits. So here we are starting a new job, end of summer, and going to try to get better.... we shall see if i can at least beat myself back into some sort of stability.
