Today I worked out for an hour first time I've reached an hour normally can do 40 mind but today ran for 25 min 's rode my exercise bike for thirty minutes and did my weights ate mire than I should but smaller portions

Exercised today for forty minutes run four miles then on exercise bike ten minutes I also walked the dogs for ten min's
