I am on day 4 of Herbalife shakes, 1 for breakfast and one for lunch. I have about 100 lbs. that I want to loose so I am using this to help the process along with healthy snacks in-between the shakes and a healthy dinner. I really like this app as it helps with calories, carbs, and protein tracking. So far so good, I am hoping to get into the habit of eating healthier and being able to make changes while I am loosing the weight so when I have reached my goal weight it will be a good transition and not gain the weight back.
