I few days ago I ended a 14 day water fast and I feel great. I was so afraid of going back to old eating habits that I decided to break the fast by juicing for a few days. I'm getting all the nutrients that I need with very few calories and I don't have the sluggishness I did while fasting. I lost about 25lbs on the fast and I refuse to go back. I'm now at 220lbs which is the smallest I've been in years. I know fasting is not for everyone but if your looking for immediate results and being able to rest your digestive system and allow your body to naturally heal then fasting is the best. My waist went from 48 to 44 inches, jeans that I haven't been able to fit in years now fit comfortable, everyone notices the weight loss and you feel great. All I did during my fast was study fasting and juicing, different healthy recipes and why people gain weight. As a result I've given up red meat, processed foods, bad everything else that will make me gain weight. I have about 20lbs to go but I have a lot of energy and information to finally destroy this fat demon.
