It's official, I'm at 115!
However, my body fat percentage still hasn't increased. I'm still down at 19.5% body fat, which is barely enough to be getting a menstrual cycle...no wonder I'm not pregnant yet.
Ugh.
So, tonight I start taking weight gainer with my hubby before bed, PLUS I'll be taking a coconut oil supplement every day. Anything to get me some medium-chain triglycerides in my diet. :-/
Ya know, being skinny is great and all, but sometimes it's a pain in the ass too.

Eating more, trying to maintain my weight while still work out is hard! I'm happy to be at a healthy fat percentage though!

We have been SO BAD about exercise this week.
We didn't work out this morning, but I'm planning on getting some stretching/squats/yoga ball work in this evening.
Even so, I need to get up in the morning and JUST DO IT.

So, just like I feared, I lost a few pounds with all the regular exercise we've been doing, despite my efforts to meet higher caloric needs. :-( I'm going to try and add weight gainer to my after-workout protein shake and see if that helps me maintain my weight. I want to tone, not lose!
