hi, i'm fox (yeah, my name literally means vixen) i'm nineteen, from london. i study maths at university, making me logical by nature, but, i have my moments.
i also have quite an active creative side and am constantly adding things to my ever growing list of favourite things to do, usually in the realms of art, music, writing, science, coffee, cigarettes... or dinosaurs!

essentially, what it boils down to:

i like best case scenarios and am stupidly optimistic.

overeating guilt
I can identify with wanting the warm comforting full feeling. thanks for all the advice, i'm going to try and plan out my meals a little bit more carefully now, i mean, i've come from one extreme to the other, i'm not about to give up, i'm just a bit ashamed it's taken me so long to try and understand myself.

thanks again!

overeating guilt
inevitably, everyone overeats on occasion, i've had a pretty indulgent past week, and, i'm a bit lost. i just feel guilty and awful and near tears!
how do you guys deal with it?
better yet, how do you stop yourselves from overeating?
any help will be appreciated!

thanks.

what did you control yourself from eating today that was sooo bad for you???
birthday cake!
it was a friend's birthday, and there was the nicest cake! but i managed to avoid it and had a single vodka and diet coke instead.
toughest. decision. ever.

Help I need low impact exercise ideas
i'd say yoga and pilates are quite low intensity, you could get a dvd or even youtube some workouts, but naturally be very wary of any of the leg exercises!

Height/Weight/Size
i'm 5'7''
weigh 136 pounds (as of wednesday the 5th january 2011)
i wear a 8-10, M/L (UK 10/12) pant
and a S/M shirt, i'm not gifted with much of a bosom, but i have quite broad shoulders.
my measurements go a bit like: 34-25-37
bit of an hourglass?

although i realise i'm not at all overweight, i'm still slightly bigger than i like to keep myself, so, hopefully i'll be back to my XS/S shirt and 6 pants soon!
