UGH!! Cheated yesterday with some skittles. I tell myself they are for my son when I buy them and I eat them. I did get on the treadmill this morning so I am heading in the right direction. I am a stress eater and this operations management class is about to take me over the edge! Guess I should be chewing on carrots instead of candy.
