No sugar for 7 whole days! No artificial sugars either which I didn't do anyway. I did eat a banana a few days ago and a few slices of fresh pineapple because it would go bad if we didn't finish it up. That still wasn't outright sugar. After watching some videos on keto dieting I'm going to jump into it and add more of the healthy foods. I've been doing "healthy" foods for a few years now, but now I want to move into a stricter diet, already cut out sugar - yay. Will be hitting the market for 5 items from a video by Benazadi, supposed to help balance what is going on in the body.
I'm wondering if any of you have experienced leg cramps during the night. For the last 3 nights I've had rough calf cramps. This morning ti was my whole left leg - and it was excruciating. Wouldn't rub out, wouldn't stretch out. Tried to walk on it and had a weird light flood my eyes, then passed out. Recovered quickly, though.
Tried to research on the 'net but no help with leg cramps. I'm wondering if some element in my body is doing it, brought on by my diet change. I do still take decent vitamin supplements, like potassium, magnesium, etc.
If you have had any experience with night time leg cramps I'd like to hear about it.
