here I am back at this crazy weight loss thing... I last logged in April 2014 .... on May 18, 2014 I met someone who changed my world. Yes I fell in love and yes I gave up trying to lose tons of weight to impress someone. A little over a year later I was pregnant with my beautiful baby girl and gained about 25 lbs during my pregnancy. Since I am breastfeeding I'm about 3 lbs under prepregnancy weight but my body shape changed drastically which now means I look way heavier than I am and clothes just don't fit the same. So here we are at 150 lbs give or take. My daughter will be a year old on Jan 29th so starting February 1 it's time to get back in shape and have a hot mom bod! My goal weight as always is 120 but I'd be happy to be 140 starting out. I plan on trying weight watchers points plus at home because it seems like something that's affordable but still accountable and the couple of freezer meals I've tried so far have been yummy. Increasing my water and decreasing my soda consumption will be tough but it's gotta be done to get where I want to be.
