Its been a long time since I've been here. I'm starting all over again. Lost 20 lbs before a cross-country move. Then gained the 20 back after the move plus another 20. Hoping this will help me to get moving again.

Holy Cow! I didn't realize how much one tortilla would effect my overall eating plan!! No more breakfast burritos for me!

Thought this would be a great way to track my calories while I'm on P90X. I have a feeling that I'm not eating nearly enough. I should be at about 1500-1800 and today I'm at the end of the day at 1300ish. Need to add more protein, do less carbs and fat. Will try to do better tomorrow.
