Another pound down :). In the 130's, baby! My personal goal is 135, so I'm getting closer. The diet I'm on offers the goal of 124. We'll see.....First, off for a couple week's of vacation. So, I'll see what happens when I get back at the end of October...ciao for now ;)

Holy Cow! Reached a mini goal of 140. 5 pounds to go. I lost 3 pounds this past week. Always surprised! 135 is my goal, although the program I am on says that my target weight is 124. Haven't been at that weight since high school or possibly college. We'll see. I'm happy to be back at 140!

I gained a pound this week. A small bummer, but really I am not surprised, and not being harsh on myself. I'm proud of my 11 (now 10) pound loss, and this past week, injured my hip, so was very inactive. Also, my sister was visiting, and we had a couple of special meals. One in which I decided to celebrate my weight loss, and eat whatever I wanted. The amazing Italian restaurant serves homemade pizza. Three slices of this small pie probably added the pound I'm seeing today! Here's to recommitting and getting back to the gym as my hip heals up...

Lost 3 pounds this week!! I'm blown away. Surprised, but not. I was hungry a lot this week. Maybe I need to eat a little more?
