You can join the ww web site without paying and go to the forums. they are very helpful. I would tell you the points but as I am in Ireland they are different as we dont count fibre.

Ketone stix
I thought the darker the better on Atkins. but that is just from memory of a fews years ago. I have no idea where to purchase the sticks though!
