So far I'm following the plan that I have put in place for myself to lose weight. Today I will spend some time in the gym, which I have avoided for a week due to having a heavy schedule. I must learn to plan my week out to allow me time to workout at least 3 to 4 times a week.

I need to keep myself motivated so I will stay on track with my weight loss. I love food and Will sabotage my diet after a period of time. I have many reason why I want to lose weight and why I need to. I will continue to search deep and pray more to know that I'm worthy of being healthy and fit.

i have been on so many diets and founded that basically if you eat right and exercise the weight will come off.
