actively playing golf again (yaaa!!) and watching my calorie intake! I would love to be 149 again (very healthy weight for me!)

Learned my thyroid is off ... way off!
Taking meds, which I am not happy about.... I have read up on the Thyroid medication and it is a medication I may need to take for life!! WTH?
No recommendation for exercise and limit sugar from doctor who prescribed... so... I am going to limit my sugar intake, and exercise more (I had a shoulder injury in November, and have been unable to exercise until recently)... The OK winds are stupid, so unable to ride bike, and just now getting back to golfing. I am able to do some light weight lifting. Crossing fingers and praying this will work... it takes 21 days to see progress... THEN I will begin the thyroid medication. (MY CHOICE)

Injured shoulder right before Thanksgiving. Haven't been active with bicycling, golf, stretching, or ANY sort of exercise. Getting physical therapy now, and praying I will be back to normal very soon. I realize my eating hasn't changed, but with the lack of exercise, the calories really have packed on. Gonna start attempting less of what I eat, FOR LIFE... not just while I am unable to burn the calories away. Praying for me to never see this weight go higher! I have worked too hard to get as low as 149... sad to have seen scales this morning!!! (No surprise, I feel it when I pull my pants on)
