Vacation! only 2 lbs, not bad considering how much we ate and drank. Thank goodness we walked everywhere! 5+ miles per day.

Put on a few at PFR, but was able to get back to neutral.
Worried about vacation - - eat healthy & in moderation.

To lose 1.5 - 2 lbs per week, need a net defecit of 750 - 1000 kcal per day.
As weight goes down, intensity of exercise needs to go up. Increase resistance & intensity, not extra time.

Woot! Woot! keep following the calorie count, drinking my water, and eating fruits & veggies. It was so great to see the number on the scale this morning.
