Stephanie wrote me an email to join her in this. So that's what I'm doing. I've already lost some weight eating only carrots for 2 months... so I gained a bit back actually eating healthy homemade food and yummy pizza from across the street. So dude... I'm not really sure what I'm suppose to say.

Yeah, I want to lose weight. But its never bothered me except when people have mentioned it to bring me down. Personally, I like having the extra weight, it makes me feel actually good in a way. But I would like to lose my polish flabby arms and perhaps some pounds off my thighs. Honestly, I don't like the negativity that most over weight people get. So, I'll do this for Steph to support her and perhaps I'll shed some pounds as well. Good Luck Stephanie!

P.S. I actually think this website is pretty cool.
P.S.S. I will not be substituting sugar for fake sugar. I'm allergic to fake sugars that they chemically make in labs. Sweeten Low has caused cancer in lab rats. So has Nutra-Sweet. And Splenda is actually formaldehyde. I'm not a big sugar person as is. When I have it I try to have raw sugar. Because its better than Bleached sugar... which is what white sugar is.
