I believe I lost so much due to the fact that I stopped drinking diet Mt. Dew and increased my water intake.

165.5 lb

Tomorrow is the big weigh in day. I know that I have lost several pounds and most is due to not drinking my diet Mt. Dew. It was easier that I thought to stop. My headaches subsided quicker than I expected. I have been doing really well with my eating too. At this point, I am still measuring everything and if I don't know the calories (Points) then I don't eat it. Yay me!!!

I need some help. I am not sure how to record my daily food intake. I don't generally eat prepared WW meals. I made a potato soup tonight that is 2 points per cup, but don't know how to log that in the system.

The 20th was a busy day. Did not take time to eat, but did shop for lowfat, healthy foods. I was starving when I started home and it would have been so easy (and i wanted to) stop at a fast food place and eat, BUT, instead, I bought a healthy choice dinner and made that when I got home. It was quick and easy and way better than burger and fries.
