trying for a 48 hour fast. I have to work tonight though, so I'll see how im feeling before work to see if I cut it off at 24 hours. im pretty hungry right now, and worried if I feel like this at work I'll start feeling sick. hopefully it passes before then.

I am really hoping to push for a 48 hour fast this weekend. but because I'm not trying to lose anymore weigh, I'm trying to bump up my calories a little for the rest of the week. 850 calorie breakfast😳
