HAD A GREAT BODY COMBAT CLASS TONIGHT THEN DID 20 MIUTES ON THE TREADMILL WHILE COOKING A HEALTHY AND YUMMY DINNER, SO FAR SO GOOD!!!!!!!

i would like to get healthy and lose around 25-30 pounds before i leave for my trip to peru in april.....i would like to continue my weight loss journey after i come back as well....i have struggled for a long time with weight loss and i hope i can change my bad habbits......i am a binge eater not a purger just a binger and i hate it ,i do realize that this is mental and probably needs to start in my head before it will work on my body.......i have been working out taking aerobics classes 3-5 days a week for 4 months now and eating pretty good besides the occasional binges and stil no weight has really come off maybe 5 pounds.......im very frustrated but im not giving up!!!!!!!
