I've lost 2 more lbs how did that happen? Not sure but I will own that loss. I fell yesterday and messed up my knee pretty bad so I probably won't be able to workout too much. It will def take awhile to recover from my injury :(

Today is the first day of the Year And I want to make it a year to remember. I want to do better and actually do something about this weight problem

I ate a sausage and biscuit this morning and I'm sure it was high in points. I also drank some orange juice and an orange that i halfed with my little girl. I didn't eat no lunch i ended up takin a nap and didn't wake up till like 4 hours later....lol I eat some fried chicken that my husbands aunt cooked with a dr pepper with some honey mustard on the side of the chicken. I know BAD BAD BAD!!!! but,this year I plan on working on eating better.
