Weight will not come off! No candy, a cookie a week or so, low cal bread, trying to stay under 1800 calories a day, moderate exercise, highball or two each night, just need to try harder!

This is tough, trying to eat less carbs, cut down on alcohol, etc, want to lose as much as possible by last week in May, going to ride about 2000 miles on the Burgman 400

I have been doing poorly on my diet, eating all the wrong stuff, and drinking to much booze! Have cut carbs and how have cut bread from my diet - got to exercise more!

Been a bad two weeks, diet went to hell in a handbasket, Harvey did not help, gym was shut down, gained two pounds - ate way too many carbs weighed this morning 186 pounds of blubber! Gotta watch the carbs~!
