I was very active my entire life. A competitive runner in college and a coach for years. Two years ago we lost our son from suicide. The shock and devastation has caused me to struggle and lead to major weight gain. Last year my husband was diagnosed with last stage cancer so my focus has been on him and our three daughters. After gaining 55 lbs in two years I know I need to get healthy for my family.
Today is the first day I am starting. I purchase a walking desk for work and a paddle board for the pool.LOL I hope something works.
