Balanced Diet *with cheat days!
I am on a diet that was given to me by a doctor, it is really balanced...the diet allows me to take a meal free (cheat meal) once a week (if you're already losing the weight)... it can be burger, fries, cola and a bar of chocolate or you can actually get creative with your favorite foods...I find this the best way where you can keep track of what you've eaten and at the same time you haven't added that much of calories that you'd add if you keep eating all day...and you feel satisfied and at ease that your diet isn't messed up.
