So I was on vacation last weekend and I completely ate whatever I wanted. I've gained a ton of weight. But yesterday I went out and bought running shoes and am planning on running a ton and exercising daily. I feel terrible and I just want to feel good again.

Ugh. This is so stressful. I feel like no matter what I do, I can't lose weight. I haven't weighed this much in 6 years. I'm embarrassed to go out because I feel like everyone is staring at me. I hate eating, because I feel like people look at me with disgust. I hate this. I want a change, but I don't know how to do it. I'm going off to school in a few weeks and I want my life to be different. I need help. I need hope. I need inspiration. I feel hopeless and I don't know what to do.

Once again, ate too much. O well, need to do better. Tomorrow I will go to the gym and on a bike ride and I will eat better! I did clean the house today, so at least I was somewhat active!
