Well I now know why I've been such a pig these past few days--YEP it's that dreaded time of the month. I swear my body is out to get me. For the last two months three days before I'm going ot go weigh in I start my period. Which means on Wednesday when I weigh in it's BAD period day where nothing fits and you feel like s@*#t. So, this month I decided to weigh in a wk. earlier. Much to my suprise my body out smarted me. At least I'm over the eat everything in sight phase. Unfortunatly I have to weigh in soon. Keep your fingers crossed that I make it.

Well today I did REALLY BAD!!! I'm kicking myself. I'm only eating zero point soup tom.
Why do I do this to myself. It makes me feel horrible. I have to weigh in on Wed. so I can keep my lifetime membership. I would really like the numbers to go down. I'm going to have to try extra hard for the next few days. WISH ME LUCK!!

CLOTHING SIZE
Is it just me or have the clothing sizes changed in the last 15 yrs. In high school I was the typical "thought I was fat yet was skinny as a rail" high school girl. I wore size-- are you ready for this --

Now I'm 33 yrs. old at the moment I am a good 40 lbs. more than I was in high school and I wear depending on the stretch (don't you love the stretch they put in jeans now) in the pants I wear 4-6. Now come on-- of course it make me feel wonderful(it's alot better than the 18's that I had to squeeze into a yr. ago) but I have to keep reminding myself that it's really closer to a 10-12 of 15yrs. ago.

I am so proud of myself. Yesterday I stayed within my 18 pts. I made myself a HUGE pot of 0 pt. veggie soup. It is really good and helps to satisfy me. I hope I can get through the weekend without cheating. I'm jumping the gun...I hope I can get through today without cheating.
