This last weekend really caught up with me. I'm getting back on track though. Starting back to Phase 1.

I cheated this whole weekend. It's so hard when you have family from out of town. They always want to cook for you and they always want the family to go out to eat. I feel like I've gained 5 lbs. I'm not going to look at the scale though. I know if I see any kind of weight gain, I'm gonna cry. Everyone has gone back home. Family stayed the weekend at the house. Everyone was down here for the wedding. So starting today I'm getting back on track. Starting over on the diet, and I am going to continue where I left off on my gym routine. So not happy with myself. :( 3 days of unhealthy food.

I did well yesterday. I'm sure I'm down a few more pounds because I can see my waist getting even smaller. I want to check my weight but I know once I do, I wont stop all week. And I sure as heck don't want to torture myself. So I'm just going to wait until next week. Last night at the gym I did 15 mins. on the elliptical, 1 hour of kick boxing class and 1 hour of hip hop class. So I think I did fairly well. I can't wait to weigh myself again.

Well guys, I'm kind of shocked to find out that I actually lost another pound this week, seeing how I cheated a little bit over the weekend. I was kind of scared to get on the scale today. But then I was excited when I seen I had some kind of weight loss. I got to get back on track though.
