Amigos yo realizo hoy peso 103kg. Necesito su consejo cual es un promedio normal para consumir en gramos (carbohidratos, grasas, proteinas) para poder subir mas masa y bajar grasa. mi promedio es de carbo 150g, grasa 100g, prote 150 a 200g calorias 2000 ~
