Not bothering to weigh in.- the weekend was lunch out, wine drinking, - landscape walking, - we even went to see the palace gardens,- but I paid very little attention to dieting or food or my weight -

Yesterday i just had to weigh myself in the afternoon, I had just got back from the sports centre where I had done an hours body balance, followed by a sauna and a cold shower, as I also cycle there and back I can add 40 minutes road biking to that, - I know - because of the sauna it was mostly sweat, but I got under 64 kilos so I just had to see it on the scales, THAT felt good, it was inspiring, today i rest, tomorrow i train again.

Is anyone else here following a plant based diet?
I know there are a couple of Keto fans, - are there any carnivores? Paleo diets? weight watchers? volumetrics? vegans?
- what kind of diet are you following-
I generally try to stay plant based
