Is anyone else trying a Vegan? raw foods? (mostly) O.M.A.D. diet?
This one works better than anything. even I'm amazed.... just close up the eating window - make delicious smoothies and eat huge salads - now I'm taking the eating window down to around lunchtime as that is supposed to work even better - and I'm already down to an eating window of 2 to 3 hours, so i do a 21 hour fast every day - and trying cut out all oils except those in nuts avocado and banana and a teensy bit of olive oil

Getting near to my body-set-weight which is the easy part - getting down below 65 is harder, but I think I'm on a roll, I've completely changed the way I eat,- going for a 'one meal a day' diet which i want to sustain forever - and I have stopped eating my husband's diet - that really helps. - makes dinnertimes a bit odd though - specially since I am also trying to eat my main meal earlier in the day - this has been proven to be better for weight loss and metabolism.
