Time to stop sulking and just go with the flow. it was up to 65.9 - now I feel better about it, training hard again - it's not true what they say about training, - you do lose weight (and build muscle) if you train - and you have less time to eat.

Party time, yes, dinner party last night, It's my own fault, I ate French bread, drank French wines. enjoyed myself and basically gorged on delicious things.
Now I have to undo the damage all over again - sigh-

I had a total binge day yesterday, I could cry, I even ate half a tiramisu out of the pack all by myself. totally lost control - all my hard work ruined. Friday was bad enough. so obviously it shows in my weight. Grrr!!!!

Let's hope I'm building muscle and not putting on more fat. - difficult to get away from my body's set weight - but I have stepped up the exercise to rebuild muscles
