my weight loss is mostly due to what i call the dentist diet. i had all but about 5 teeth removed and that made things a bit hard. i am doing better now just learning how to chew with dentures. i hope i can keep losing. i hope everyone is doing well and have a good holiday

i have not been following ww since last friday. i had all but about 5 of my teeth pulled. yesterday was the first time i ate and i really didnt want to but thought i had better. i hope when the stitches come out on friday i will be feeling better. i hope all is well with everyone.

i dont have a working scale right now and dont know when i will. so i will not be entering a weight. i am also have a hard time with eating and am not sure if the scale has anything to do with it.
