Colonoscopy tomarrow. Have not eaten since Friday but prep meds must be making me retain water. I am up 2 lbs this morning but I am not counting it since I still ran my 5 miles yesterday on empty stomach. Too bad there isn't a excersize count for pooping! :)

Bad couple of weeks calorie wise but I upped workouts to make up. Did not lose any but didn't gain any either. Now I prep for colonoscopy for next 4 days. Should see a drop.
