i used to run everyday for 2 miles and at the same time watch what i eat. then when i started losing weight and people start noticing, i got lazy and i eat more.
Now, i totally stop working out and eat whatever i like. but i cant keep doing cause i dont want to be skinny but feel healthy inside out.
