Screwed today allll up...did great till my work pissed me off, then I came home and smoked cigarettes and had several beers and figured while I was at it I may as well eat whatever I wanted for dinner. Luckily, there is not much junk food in my cabinets so I couldn't do too much damage as far as food. I did have one thing on my mind which was these chocolate brownies Danny bought on Sunday. I searched and searched for them but couldn't find them. When he got home from work he admitted that he had already eaten them all...the sloth. Lucky for me I guess.

Walking with the sis is going well. Tomorrow I'll have to find a way to get in some activity because its finals day. I still have many questions about how to eat healthy AND lose weight. I have been eating healthy and not cheating and excercising for 7 days now and havent seen much for results. Guess I gotta keep trucking. I have resolved to do this healthy eating jazz for five months. If I dont like the results I have gotten in five months I am going back to eating whatever I want!

Issue: Sometimes I find that I don't know what to eat so I just don't eat. I am very confused with the no carb, low carb, calorie counting, and fat content crap. So that in itself cuts out a lot of food, and then you have high fructose corn syrup, refined sugar, and a thousand other un-pronouncable chemicals that I am not supposed to consume...so what exactly am I supposed to eat? And more importantly are there any cookies that are safe to eat...

Today I bought almonds and figured out I could eat 28 of them in one serving! All right! I didnt know I could have 28 of anything! I didn't get to do a run today but I did get in some indoor excercise. I did 80 jumping jacks, 40 crunches, 60 squats, 60 leg lifts, and 30 bicycle crunches. Whew! My stomach was like oh hell no! It immediatley cramped into a thousand cramps after the first set. Guess I need to stretch better next time. Sally thinks that just because I am on the floor she needs to be right there with me, and it MUST be time to play. We did end up playing because I cant pass up her pleeaaase face. I am getting a lot of protein and not so many calories. Still, I am feeling really tired all day but sleeping really well. I wish I could curb the tiredness I feel during the day...
