After having my third child, there was just no time or energy left to take care of myself like I should. The baby weight stayed, and then I finally kicked the smoking habit (I always quit while pregnant but went right back to it after delivery). That added another 20 lbs. Before I knew it, I weighed 50 lbs more than I should. I'm tired of being obese. I'm tired of my kids telling me I'm fat. I'm tired of BEING fat. Time to take control of my own destiny and work for it. Just starting out so I'm trying to find what type of diet will work for me.

Fitness Tracker syncing to FS
I just decided to start using a Virgin Pulse Max fitness tracker I got free through my employer. Does anyone know if I can sync my FatSecret account to my Virgin Pulse account so I don't have to track my activity and caloric intake in BOTH places separately? I know this is truly a first world problem, but my job will pay me to get healthy, and I love the FS community too much to ditch it. Looking for the best of both worlds here without investing $ in a fitness tracker when I've never used one before.
