Good week. No bumps in my work schedule, which allowed me to stay focused.
I cut down to two cardio days this week (an hour on each one of those days) - making sure that one of those cardio days falls on the eve of my weigh in.
A new routine I started this week that I will keep up is cutting down my calorie consumption on the day prior to the weigh in. It's a hell of a moral boost!
This week I have 17% body fat(34.7 Pounds of fat and 169.3 Pounds of lean).

Body fat measured at 21% (43.7lbs of fat) - weight loss is only half the bad. Goal is to be near 10% by May...unreasonable?
Today was cheat day...went to a restaurant to celebrate my father's bday. Mofongo w Chicken..and picked off my nephew's plate.

206.8 actually. Worked out rigidly, and ate clean - didn't even really cheat on my cheat day. I expect to loose less, closer to 1-2 pounds a week from here on out.
