Just have to take one step at a time...but TAKE A STEP!!! I will record my food and exercise beginning tomorrow. Is it smart to start on a holiday weekend? Probably yes. Might as well not add any more pounds. I want to feel better, to have better fit in my clothes, to be more positive. Have mercy on me, O Lord! Do not forsake me - be near me. AMEN!
