I have lost 10lbs and I feel great! I started the diet on Tuesday, May 29 and began the Slim in 6 workout. I worked out twice a day Saturday and Sunday. I think I may do the detox another week, just because of the amount of weight I lost. I talked to a friend of mine and he said that I am losing water weight right now, and then afterwards I will be losing fat and then I will plateau. I do know that if I plateau, then I need to change my exercise routine. So good luck and thanks for all the comments and suggestions!!

Well I had a full day yesterday, so I forgot to journal. Yesterday I did the Slim in 6 workout. I had corn, a baked potato and peaches yesterday. Haven't had much of an appetite.
Just finished Slim in 6 again and I feel great. I had a baked potato and some mandarin oranges.
I have already lost some lbs, but I will put the total amount next Wednesday. I am so excited at my results thus far!!
I know by the time school starts back I will have reached my goal.

Wow! Today was a little hard. I haven't been on all veggies and fruits since January when we fasted at church. That was 21 days, so I know that I can do 9, but ooooooohhhhh the temptation! Well one down and eight to go. I didn't exercise today :( HOWEVER, I did work 3 jobs today, so hopefully that worked a little something. I clean so that is physical activity. HOWEVER, I will double up on exercising tomorrow :) Moving forward...
